How to read these amounts

Requested amounts, decisions and paid entries are separate. Where the ledger omits a request, a reviewed proposal may supply it with its own source. A requested cap is a maximum, not guaranteed spending. The ledger has no distinct approved-amount field. USD is the historical budget; ZEC is the recorded disbursement, not a current valuation or independent settlement verification.

What each source establishes

Publications establish released work; team reports contain claims. Acceptance requires evidence tied to a specific milestone. Payments alone do not prove delivery.

Shared repositories can include non-Zcash work. Missing records do not establish inactivity or low adoption.
